Adele started dancing at the tender age of 3, and trained in Ballet, Tap & Modern until the age of 11 when she swapped tutus for tassles... taking up Ballroom & Latin competitively until the age of 21.

After moving to Brighton, Adele started teaching Salsa in 1998.
Adele is known in the UK for both teaching and DJing regularly at UK Salsa events and the annual Costa Del Salsa event with Gerry Flynn Travel.

In 2005, Adele became a fully qualified fitness instructor, teaching regular exercise-to-music classes.
Since 2015, Adele has been the Creative Director and Principal Instructor at Live to Dance EU in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

In 2018, Adele became the Dance & Fitness Tutor at Stranmillis College Lifelong Learning Programme (part of Queens University, Belfast).
She also created and ran the successful website The Dance Guru for 7 years.

In 2024, she founded NI Dancesport and, as CEO, is now building the association towards National Governing Body status for dance in Northern Ireland.

Adele is an Associate Member of the Ballroom & Latin branch of ABD, and has previously held memberships with One Dance, People Dancing and REPS.
